Sales Director - RPA - up to GBP100k basic + commission - hybrid role
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence and will have experience of selling these solutions to clients previously coupled with taking the lead within the commercial side of a business, advising the board about the ways to price products / services and setting out the strategy for the company.

Your new company
I have recently partnered with an exciting new start up business who deliver cost effective RPA solutions to the marketplace. They recently had an injection of funds from a well-known private investment group and list the CEO of Tesco's on their board.
They are currently seeking to appoint their first person within the Sales function to assist them with their growth plans for year 1, 2, & 3.
Your new role
They are seeking somebody who has worked within Sales and the RPA industry previously and who is able to guide them with their commercial plan and help drive the business forward.
Role responsibilities:
- Stimulate, grow, and maintain a Corporate Sales pipeline.
- Ensure new business is won in line with budget expectations through proactive management of the sales process.
- Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone.
- Managing our CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensuring all notes are accurate on system
- Managing call backs effectively
- Monitor market conditions, development potential and competitor activity and report back to the business accordingly.
- Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation.
- Meeting personal targets set
- Liaising with existing customers around ongoing projects, to generate new sales leads or adjust monthly fees
