What will you do?
•To set out the Council's Corporate Estates Strategy for (Apply online only)
•To review the current corporate Estates programme and ensure that a clear plan for each asset is identified which reduces operating costs and identifies those corporate estates which are to be retained and the associated on-going costs and those assets to be disposed with clear timelines and project plan.
•To review the current organisational structures within the corporate landlord services to reshape them for current and future demand.
•To set out a clear programme of work with underlying performance targets that can be reported through the Deputy Chief Executive's management team and onto the Leader and Deputy Leader.
•To put in place an improvement plan which sets out the key tasks and individual objectives/development plans for each member of staff to align with a high performing team.
•To oversee the corporate estates compliance programme in conjunction with housing colleagues.

What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
•Qualified to degree level in Surveying.
•Experienced in managing a team
