Founded in 2019 our client has expanded rapidly and needs to appoint an Operations Director to the Senior Management Team with a view to promoting the successful applicant as Managing Director after a successful period of employment. The key priorities for this role are to work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure business strategies and targets are set and aligned to the company's mission ,goals and culture. To share responsibility of the development of the business plan ,to achieve growth and profitability targets and to oversee the day-to-day activities of the company and it's employees. Other key activities will include establishing and developing key client relationships, ensuring all legal compliances are met by the company and its employees and driving a programme of continuous improvement through the organisation. Maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement, customer satisfaction and representing the company at external events, conferences and trade shows are also crucial aspects to this role.
