If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as an Embedded Finance Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Embedded finance space and driving strategic partnerships with key clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Associate Director specializing in Embedded Finance. You will be responsible for launching and growing a new proposition in the market, focusing on the UK market.

Your role will involve defining and implementing new client sales strategies, collaborating with colleagues across the bank network, and building a pipeline of opportunities. As an experienced Embedded Finance sales professional, you will have a proven track record of winning clients in the large corporate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the new client acquisition strategy and develop operational plans to achieve commercial goals.
  • Lead strategic sales opportunities, working with a virtual bid team and coordinating multiple partners.
  • Contribute to building the New Acquisition sales function and lead a growing sales team.
  • Review sales pipelines and redirect focus as needed, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Segment customer groups and develop appropriate go-to-market approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decision making and evolve the product offering.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term sales plans based on payment strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in selling Embedded Finance, preferably with Acquiring and/or Gateway solutions knowledge.
  • Proven track record in formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans and opportunity pipelines.
  • Ability to develop compelling sales propositions and establish effective commercial relationships with partners.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
