Associate Director - M&A - Deal Advisory

Pioneer Search are currently hiring an Associate Director to join a boutique business' growing Deal Advisory department.

The successful hire must be experienced within M&A Deal Advisory and will join a highly successful team that's grown from scratch to a team of 12 individuals in just 4 years.

Pipeline for the Advisory business has grown extensively over recent times, as such this is urgent hire for the business so they're well poisoned to close out the deals in process and continue the growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of M&A projects from inception through to completion
• Managing and mentoring of more junior colleagues to aide their development
• Leading business development through lead generation and conversion
• Project delivery, including buyer interaction and due diligence

Requisite Expertise

• 5+ years experience (any sector), advising and leading M&A projects from inception to execution
• 5+ years people and project management experience

Beneficial Expertise

• CFA/ACA/ACCA qualified
