Business Development Manager
Salary: up to GBP70K base + commission
The client
Our client are a well-known and highly successful organisation within the Technology Consulting industry, who partner with their clients in the public and private sector to deliver digital transformation, with a real focus on cloud computing.
As the Business Development Manager you'll identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, referrals and own channels.
Your responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Identifying and engage with key decision makers in with potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to improve sales structure, messaging and pitch
Experience
- Experience with new business development role within IT Infrastructure/Managed Services environment
- Understanding of solution selling and to follow documented sales processes
- Have experience using in-house CRM tools (eg salesforce) to ensure details on leads
- Networking and gaining referrals
