“Creating Value from Values”

North, £120k-150k + Bonus + Equity

Values driven, our client is a leading-edge operator in outsourced healthcare services – their proposition is deeply impactful and inspirational. Private equity backed the business has crafted an enviable reputation for innovation and high-quality service at sector beating rates of return amid a values-driven culture. With exit ambitions set at £20m EBITDA, they seek to strengthen the senior with this critical hire to meet this business objective over this new investment cycle.

This is a commercially focused mandate majoring on driving sustained, profitable, triple digit EBITDA growth (organic and M&A); in a fully integrated business, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality. Naturally your immediate focus will be drawn to getting the business fit for the journey ahead; so that’s about bringing a freshness of commercial rhythm and rigor; ‘tweaking the culture’ and harnessing (and not losing) the entrepreneurial spirit of the business so that innovation and service quality remain the hallmark of success.

This is an expansive leadership challenge requiring EQ, IQ and commercial acumen. It requires substantive leadership exposure gained within a growing business where high quality and a team delivery ethos are key drivers. As growth is the central theme, exposure to organic expansion, M&A activity and post-acquisition integration are absolute requirements….private equity experience would also be advantageous. But more than this the business will change your perception about what’s possible and you’ll need to be ready for a journey that will change you forever.
