Job Title: Head of Industry Campaigns, EMEA
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract (Maternity Cover)

Job Description:

  • This role reports into the Director of Customer and Campaign Marketing and will be responsible for managing the team that develops content and delivers campaigns across both Thought Leadership and Deal Progression.
  • This highly strategic and analytical individual will enhance and optimise the way we go to market and build relationships with our largest, most strategic customer group.
  • The Campaigns team sits at the heart of the marketing organisation; therefore, we are looking for someone with a high level of interpersonal skills, who works well collaborating with large, cross functional teams.
  • This role also requires someone who is passionate about the impact that marketing can have with large, strategic customers.
  • They will partner closely with the field marketing teams and be continuously looking for ways to improve campaigns, with a mixture of insights, analytics and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement and deliver the campaign strategy for both thought leadership and deal progression programmes, ensuring alignment to the wider marketing priorities.
  • Build strong relations with the Global Portfolio Marketing team, to make sure we have a connected, global thought leadership programme that helps to strengthen our brand in market.
  • Collaborate well with the regional marketing leads across EMEA, to ensure our programmes are meeting the needs of the regions.
  • Implement team performance goals, to effectively measure and report on the impact, using well-defined metrics and KPIs through quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage and allocate budget for content creation and localisation of assets, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure spend is also effectively allocated for programme execution.
  • Build and implement best practices and processes that can be adopted across the team, bringing scale and efficiency to our programmes.
  • Own relationships and processes with external marketing agencies to ensure the highest quality work and governance.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Background in B2B marketing, preferably in tech.
  • Experience in building executive-level materials, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand presentations.
