Head of Trade Surveillance Technology - London - GBP140k + Bonus and Benefits

Head of Trade surveillance is required by a Financial Services Client based in London. This is a senior role and will primarily be responsible for driving the definition, alignment and execution of the global trade surveillance vision and strategy for this global client.

This is a hybrid role based in London.

Managing a team of 20 across the business you will be responsible for ensuring the client's technology and infrastructure are in line with current regulations and that all relevant trade surveillance is fit for purpose. You will manage all impacts from new business initiatives and overseeing BAU support on behalf of global Compliance.

As well as experience in a similar lead role in Trade Surveillance, stakeholder management skills are high on the requirements for this role given the need to engage with a large number of senior stakeholders within the business.

Key skills:

1. Trade Surveillance Technology experience - must be strong and recent
2. Programme Manager/Senior Consultant/Change focussed professional in the above remit
3. Line Management experience

In return the client will offer a starting base salary up to GBP140k plus benefits.
