A leading FMCG manufacturing business are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their business in Lancahsire.

Description

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing short/long-term business improvement through data analysis, and processes. The candidate will be the site expert for continuous improvement, change management and coach, mentor others in the its use. The Continuous Improvement Manager will ensure programs are developed using KPI and data-driven to set priorities on improvement, safety and quality. You will lead the vision of CI and identify capex investment opportunities that will positively impact the success of the site.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of business improvement within a manufacturing environment. You will have a foundation of Continuous Improvement methodologies and techniques. In addition you will lead the usage of business systems to achieve quality product, productivity and performance and will have demonstrated this previously. Ideally you will be degree qualified in engineering or equivalent.
