Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a production team across a range of processes in a high-paced pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure that product is made safely and to GMP standards and quality audits. You will ensure an efficient manufacturing process is in place to deliver on-time and cost effectively. The Operations Manager will coach, mentor and provide training were required to ensure the team are motivated and skilled to carry out their roles to the highest quality. In addition you will be involved in projects and a lean manufacturing approach.
Profile
The successful candidate will come from a Production leadership role within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry. In addition you will have a track record of leading improvements in production process through people and complex and compliant manufacturing.
