- Leading a £20m spend across a range if food and beverage categories.
- Working closely with the technical and NPD team for new menu launches
- Building strong relationships with global suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and agreements with suppliers.
- Keeping up to date with the latest food trend.
Profile
- 5 years + experience in food and beverage procurement.
- Strong commercial and numerical skills
- A passionate foodie!
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to make savings but ensure high quality
