• My client is a fast growing AIM listed software company who provide software and consultancy solutions to the engineering and infrastructure sector, to help manage project disputes.
• The company is around 10 years old and has been very acquisitive the last few years
• Based in central London, the company promotes hybrid working

Description

• Managing a team of 4, this role will report to the CFO and CEO
• You'll play an active part in the senior leadership meetings, offering guidance and support on financial matters and being instrumental in the company's strategy and decision making
• You'll have a small consolidation to manage and will oversee the accounting for the various operating entities in the group
• Budgeting, forecasting and business partnering will make up a large part of your time
• The CEO will have ad-hoc analysis for you to lead on
• Embedding strong processes around cash collection, payments and financial control will be a key focus
• You will play a lead role in the Audit
• You will also be expected to support with the PLC reporting
• Ongoing system development and supporting any system implementations will be required
• You will help with the integration of newly acquired businesses

Profile

• Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• Strong Audit background
• Demonstrable management experience
• Ability to run a finance function effectively
• Proven experience of introducing strong financial controls and processes
