TEMPORARY 3-6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
Lexcel accredited practice in West Sussex seeks a driven Head of the Family Department on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years of PQE in family matters to join our client's thriving firm in West Sussex. The successful candidate will handle a range of complex cases as well as provide support and supervision to other team members in the family department.

* Solid experience in family matters is essential
* Previous supervisory experience is desirable
* Resolution accreditation is highly advantageous
* Has a proven track record for running own caseload
* Able to manage client expectations
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
