Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with an international brand in their search for a Head of Retail to lead their UK franchise operation. Our client is a leading name in their sector and is looking to significantly grow their UK franchise division. This is a remote role with a national remit.
The successful candidate will lead on a national basis a team of Regional Managers who in turn will guide and influence the franchisees to maximise their business whilst keeping to brand standards and not moving away from the people centric leadership model our client has.
About the Head of Retail role
Plan, prepare and participate in the UK leadership meetings
Accountable for creating and setting the UK Franchise retail operations
Maximise the potential for existing franchisees but also drive new business through store growth/acquisition
Create and maintain a trusted relationship with our clients franchisees
Build and create a self sustainable business unit
Provide and clear and inspirational leadership to your team of Regional Managers
Ensure that all operating models are considered
What you will need
A proven history in providing leadership within a franchise/partner model within a retail or hospitality business. Alternatively within a Wholesale or Account Management background
Led multisite teams on a national or large division basis
Strong business acumen and the ability to balance a complex work load
Experience in building cross functional relationships
Must be able to represent the division at a senior/Board level
This role will require national travel so will be required to stay away from home on occasion
Whats on offer
Our client can offer a salary of up to £135,000 plus bonus, car and benefits for this exceptional Head of Retail position.
