Chief Financial Officer

Our high-growth e-commerce platform based in Central London is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner and will work closely with the CEO and other executives to provide financial leadership and drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance team (c.20) and provide oversight for the financial operations of the company.
• Provide key financial analysis and insights to the CEO and Board.
• Develop and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare and present the annual budget and forecast.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's needs are met.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and investment firms.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a senior finance role, and experience of being a CFO within a high-growth e-commerce or technology company.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and general accounting, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with investors and board members.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of between £230,000 to £250,000 per annum, dependent on experience along with bonus and equity packages.
