Senior Construction Project Manager (SC Cleared) - 12 month fixed term salary up to GBP63k plus location allowance

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will have the responsibility for delivering complex construction projects with a value of circa GBP20m, which will include: managing multi-functional teams, developing and coaching others, scheduling, establishing the supply chain, resource planning, financial responsibility, stakeholder mapping implementing a communications strategy, embedding risk and change management processes and managing construction contracts from award to completion.

Applicants will ideally hold active SC or DV Clearance, or be eligible to undergo the clearance process.

Hybrid working with travel to client sites (mainly UK based, but some international travel may be required). Choose from an office base in London or Milton Keynes, with additional location allowances of up to GBP5k per annum.

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

Experience of managing major construction projects through the full life cycle, with the ability to apply project management methodologies in project design, development and implementation.

Specific domain understanding and experience, in terms of the operation, maintenance and deployment of using NEC3/4, GC works, FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring construction.

Health and Safety knowledge and experience in construction and Construction Design Management 2015 regulations.

MS Project or equivalent project planning tool experience. Prince 2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ISEB Certificate in Project Management or equivalent
