The Head of Oracle Finance Systems - Record to Report based in Hounslow working in Travel and Tourism.

The role holder will interface between the Business Owners, technical systems and project teams, and the Services delivery teams. This role forms part of the cross functional Business Operations team which oversees the systems which support the core processes. Together systems and processes are aligned and integrated to optimise business benefit and operational delivery.

Critically these need to fit within the control and assurance framework set by Financial Control who are accountable for the core processes

Being informed of, and influencing the upstream the progressive changes and improvements delivered by the Oracle cloud-based system. Play an active role in the Oracle customer community forums to learn from other organisations and influence Oracle's roadmap of future functionality.

Ensure process design and controls change governance are approved by all relevant parties, including Financial Control (who are accountable for the core processes). Accountable for maintenance of process maps, standard operating procedures and control documentation relevant to the R2R Finance core processes.

Profile

The Head of Oracle Finance Systems - Record to Report based in Hounslow will have:

Proven Systems Transformation planning and delivery experience, demonstrating delivery in the Record to Report area. Expected to have at least 2 year's experience of leading functional teams on cloud-based, financial products.

Record to Report business experience, understanding of R2R core business processes, bench marking and best practice.

Extensive understanding of R2R core process, key financial controls and systems including Oracle
