Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is currently seeking a Senior SailPoint Identity Management Engineer. Candidate will support development of functionality for Enterprise and Consumer IAM systems. This individual will be a technical leader and should also be able to effectively collaborate, acting as a liaison with business and technology partners. This role requires extensive background and experience in Identity Management and software development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of strategies, design, and implementation plans for IAM solutions, working across teams to leverage the strengths of each system

Design, document and implement custom connectors workflows, forms, rules, policies, email templates, reports, and tasks

Manage day-to-day team activities, including development, testing, and deployment. Identity and drive internal process improvements for the same

Mentor more junior developers, model and encourage adherence to best practices

Support Product team in gathering technical and functional requirements for enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management program

Support troubleshooting and Production issue resolution

Conduct IAM solution current state analysis and industry benchmarking, support roadmap development

Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years implementing enterprise identity management and security solutions (preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ)

Hands on experience supporting integrations with target applications such as Active Directory, Oracle, SAP, RACF and AS400

Experience in access governance, account provisioning, and role-based access control

Hands on experience with Basic Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, and other web technologies

Working knowledge of web services and SQL

Familiarity with major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows/Unix/Linux and operational knowledge of WebSphere or comparable application Servers

Analytical skill set and insight for connecting the dots when troubleshooting issues via error messages, log reviews and anecdotal details provided

Excellent written and verbal communication

Collaborative approach to problem solving

Work well under pressure to produce results

Sensitivity to business processes and drivers

Demonstrated history of influencing change within teams and across the organization

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, etc. (or demonstrated professional experience)
