Job Details
This role will lead the purchasing across various ingredients for a fast paced QSR, part of the European procurement team, based in Surrey.
It will be essential you can build strong relationships with supplier and internal stakeholder, while being commercial and helping support the European procurement strategy.

Description
- Build strong relationships with suppliers across the UK and Europe.
- Drive commercial value and negotiations with suppliers.
- Work cross functionally with NPD, Marketing and Technical for menu changes and new product launches.
- Support and train junior members of the procurement team.
Profile
- 6 + years of buying/procurement experience from within the restaurant, hospitality, FMCG or retail sector.
- A strong knowledge of food or ingredients procurement
- A passionate foodie
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
