Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

EQUITY OPPORTUNITY. Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a market-leading SaaS business. It a mid-market private equity-backed business, has grown significantly over the past few years and is profitable. It is on-track to double in size again in the next 2-3 years which will be achieved through a combination of growing its market share in the UK and expanding internationally (it has recently set up an international office). The business is well-funded for future growth.

There will be equity available for the new CFO, which is projected to be worth 7 figures at the point of exit. The business is already a market leader in its field with an exemplary customer base and is continually developing its product offering. The CFO will join an experienced and effective board.

The ideal candidate will –

• Have successfully grown a SaaS business (with revenues of £20m+);
• Have been through a successful private equity-backed sale process;
• Bring a commercial and strategic outlook to the board and bring a focus on data to inform decision-making.
