This is an exciting opportunity to support a large international industrial business establish whether pursuing a SSC/BPO business model is the correct course of action for them. The business is a large, acquisitive and successful business who up until now have operated with a decentralised model. With over 50,000 employees across multiple hundred locations, the programme of works, should they go ahead, will be a significant transformation.

The successful interim manager will have:

  • Previously conducted a SSC/BPO feasibility study with an industrial manufacturing or supply chain business. 
  • Implemented a BPO programme across finance and/or HR and Technology 
  • Previously translated a consulting house vision into a realistic business plan
  • Led on business case verification and RFP
  • A strong stakeholder management capability
  • Worked in large decentralised and centralised industrial businesses
  • The ability to translate consultant speak into operational business speak
