Job Title: UI Director
Location: UK, Hybrid/Flexible
Salary/Rate: GBP70,000-GBP100,000
Start Date: 1st March

Company Introduction:
For over 3 decades, our client has created incredible games across all 4 of their studios but our client is more than just games - they have their own film, create board games, publish books, comics and graphic novels.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Mentoring and supporting leads, designers, artists, and technical designers.
• Helping the UI Artists and Art Directors to achieve excellence across different styles.
• Build a recruitment strategy for the UI team, including seeing through the whole process of on boarding from start to finish.
• Lead the delivery and quality of the User Interface across the business.

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience leading a multi-platform game through all stages of the project life cycle
• Experience in either UX Design or UI Art.
• Experience building the UI branding for a game
• Portfolio demonstrating professional experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Games as a service experience
