Endeavour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Project Manager with extensive ServiceNow experience to join a leading client, onsite in Amsterdam.

The role:

• Finalising the CMDB setup with ITOM
• Ensuring governance and life cycle processes are defined and implemented in the organization
• Ensuring the business services and business applications mapping is progressing accordingly and in line with ServiceNow best practices (detailed expectations listed below)
• Project management activities around setting up the service catalogue (categories definition, services definition, forms implementation, Back End and portal alignment)

Requirements

• Technical pm with hands-on experience ServiceNow
• Dutch speaker (highly preferred), open to English speaker but must live in NL.
• 4-5 years ServiceNow experience
