You will be joining the team working on various projects in the high-end Residential and commercial (fit out and new build) sector.s You will be joining an established team who have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions for their clients.

You will join a team of over 80 professional project managers who deliver projects within sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, education and healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Provide oversight, leadership, direction and control of large and complex projects.
Lead full multi-discipline commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
Offer strategic advice to both clients and the teams working with you.
Ensure commission are managed to the highest quality standards and are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Develop strong relationships with clients.
Oversee the team of Project Managers and assist in mentoring and developing their careers.Requirements:

Relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM).
Strong delivery experience on large scale residential or commercial projects.
Significant experience within a similar consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of the JCT form of contract.
Experience in a contract administrator and employers agent role.
