A market-leading, Tier 1 MEP Contractor requires an electrically biased MEP Project Director to lead the delivery of a new-build hyperscale Data Centre project in Cambridgeshire.

This is a brand-new project that is yet to begin pre-construction, meaning you will be able to take full ownership of the project from day one. Including pre-con, the project is due to run for

You will have an extensive and proven track-record in delivering major Building Services project from conception to completion, be a great organiser and manager of people, and be able to build strong and trustworthy relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading within the weekly programme co-ordination and look ahead meeting with detailed understanding of dependencies, problems posed and available resolutions.
Full responsibility for the project from preconstruction to construction, commissioning and close out.
Monthly team meetings to discuss project progress against milestones.
Delegation of works to the project team, monitoring and improving performance.
Develop project processes and working with the Quantity Surveyor to implement cost control strategies.
Ensuring the project is compliant and being delivered inline with quality and safety requirements.
