My client, a well-known global business, is currently engaged in a transformation of their HR function. As part of the transition to the Ulrich Model, they require a HR Shared Services Transformation Director to set-up a 400 person captive centre.
The role will work closely with the Head of HR Transformation, the Global Head of Business Services, HRBP Leads and the CHRO.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the team, ensuring engagement and high performance through outstanding leadership and management;
- Lead the design and transition of processes from the business to the new centre;
- Work with HR stakeholder to set KPIs and SLAs for the new offering;
- Ensure a high-level of service through ongoing leadership of the function, working closely with stakeholders through go-live to manage issues;
- Work on ad-hoc projects as part of the wider HR Transformation
The successful candidate for this role will have extensive Shared Services/GBS experience, ideally with experience of having managed the centralisation of HR ‘Middle Office’ responsibilities (Recruitment, On-boarding, ER Case Management etc.). The ability to implement robust metrics and embed change is critical to this role.
