I'm currently recruiting for a large consultancy who are looking for a Financial Control Assurance at Director level to join their team. You will lead their UK Corporate governance reform programme tasked with ensuring that the Group is well prepared for forthcoming UK Corporate Governance reforms, with a particular focus on internal controls over financial reporting.

Responsibilities Include:

• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience either in audit or in a complex corporate financial control supporting environment.
• Knowledge of COSO framework with experience applying this in a manner to support both compliance and operational efficiency.
• SOx implementation experience highly desirable.
• Expertise managing and implementing complex multi-year transformational projects.
• High integrity with the ability to work in a Matrix structure and build strong trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• A track record of excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a track record of influencing board level stakeholders.
