Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the evolution of Group CDA strategies
• Establishing the first tranche of CoP's, focusing on the continual operations, and tuning of the agile practice
• Collaborating to define cloud and developer service strategies, standards, architecture, blueprints, processes, and patterns
• Leveraging relationships with other technology functions, vendors, and industry to seek and adopt best practices in CDA
• Define requirements and architecture for Group-wide CDA products and services
• Leveraging emerging & innovative technologies in Cloud and Development
• Evaluating regulatory changes and plan and implement changes
• Attracting, retaining, and engaging diverse talent
• Delivering outstanding execution
• Taking ownership of outcomes

Experience and Academics required:

• 20+ years of engineering experience
• 10+ years of engineering team leadership experience
• 10+ years of architecture (solution/enterprise) experience
• 10+ years of experience leading technical working groups, forums, and committees

• High-frequency trading and matching, including ultra-low latency tuning techniques, monitoring, and nanosecond level time sync.
• Full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
