A specialist chemical process business are looking for a Plant Manager to lead their complex processing site.

Description
The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading the business operations, people, HSE, engineering, budget and delivery at a complex operation. You will lead improvements in process involving distillation and refining resulting in the highest quality of product. In addition you will be an excellent people manager, capable of coaching, developing staff to be motivated to perform to the highest standard. You will lead upgrade engineering projects and analyse complex documents and be able to advise with 3rd party contractors on requirements.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within a refining/oil &gas industry. You will be degree qualified in chemical/mechanical engineering and understand equipment/designs of industrial equipment. You will have held a management role previous and demonstrated leading continuous improvement. You will have had P&L responsibility previously.
