I am working with a fantastic tech MSP based in London and Manchester, as they develop their strategy and services, spearheading the development of new products, services and solutions. As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for three direct reports, all heads of practice in the worlds of cloud, data centre and security.

This is a strategic senior hire with a direct roadmap to becoming a CTO. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision for service and process across the three divisions, and bringing together the technical heads with the presales and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service. You will also be customer-facing yourself, so you must be passionate about customer service excellence.

Requirements:

Strong experience in a senior tech leadership position
Excellent knowledge of leading technologies in cloud, data centre and security
Ability to manage large teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to implement values and vision
Strategic mindset and ability to develop new solutions and products
Passion for customer service excellence
