I'm looking for a Temporary Head of Property Services to work In Bexley - WFH/HYBRID

- Negotiable rates of pay ranging from £(Apply online only) per day - Initial 3 month contract, ongoing contract

​​​​​​Purpose of the Job
- To work collaboratively with colleagues within the Local Authority, partner agencies and other
organisations to ensure the delivery of excellent integrated services to residents, adopting a One
Council approach at all times.
- To lead and manage a specified area of the Council to deliver a comprehensive, high quality, cost
effective and timely service.
- To support and direct the delivery of a broad range of services to meet the needs of residents.
- To model the Council's values and standards in carrying out this job.

Portfolio statement:
The post holder will be responsible for the following service areas:
Strategic Asset Management plans (schools & non schools)
Commercial Property Management and professional advice
Property Strategy & Plans
Soft Facilities Management
Community Centres (tbc)
Housing Association property advice undertaken under contract
