SAP Contractors are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Business Analyst for a contract position in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a background in Performance, Development, Succession Planning, and Learning Administration. Responsibilities:

• Liaise with HR business representatives to collect and document requirements and specifications
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors resources to find solutions to business requests
• Perform required configuration steps in SuccessFactors
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Test improvements and new configurations following test cases
• Coordinate with HR business representatives to plan and coordinate testing and UAT activities
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors maintenance releases

Key Projects:

• Implementation of a new performance management template
• Enhancement of the Goal Setting function
• Improvement of the Development Plan functionality
• Change Succession Planning templates and accesses
• Integrate LinkedIn Learning and SuccessFactors LMS
• Integrate E-learning providers and SuccessFactors LMS using OCN
• Manage SuccessFactors Releases for 1H 2023 & 2H 2023

Requirements:

• Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of configuration and testing in SuccessFactors
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and French B1/B2

This is a full-time, on-site contract position starting ASAP until 30/06/2023, with flexible working arrangements including the possibility of hybrid work (tbd). The daily hours are 8 hours, with a total of 40 hours per week, equating to 1,040 hours.
