I am currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing & CRM in the Surrey area with hybrid working.

My client is a well-established automotive franchise company. The role is to support the business and help achieve their ambitions and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Marketing and CRM strategy
• Responsible for the marketing budget
• Reporting and improving the customer engagement
• Lead and support a team of 4
• drive the compliance agenda across the marketing activities

About You

• Strong marketing and CRM experience
• 5 years + in marketing management
• Strong analytic skills
• Strong relationship and coaching management and strategy management

Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 DOE
