Description

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Responsible for Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, Cost control and Customer Delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and associated areas are compliant to GMP, BRC and 5S standards.
• Responsible for ensuring that any breaches in H&S and GMP are managed in accordance with company procedures.
• Adherence to the manufacturing plan, investigating misses and putting in place necessary improvements to avoid recurrence

Profile

The successful candidate will have a background in:

• Experience within a Manufacturing and Operational environment in FMCG industry, ideally in batch manufacturing
• Ideally Degree educated - scientific, engineering or operational management preferred
• Proven track record in leadership of manufacturing teams with highly capable people management ability
• Experience of working in an Operational Excellence culture including Daily Accountability, Visual Management and 5S management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
