About the client
On behalf of a social housing provider, MRG Interim Executives are recruiting an Interim Head of Property and Assets.
Accountabilities
* Accountable for responsive repairs
* Ensure the organisation meets regulatory building safety requirements
* Work closely with the Director of Assets
* Support this organisations asset management strategy and delivery of their strategic plans
* Oversee the maintenance of asset data
* Oversee the development of a large-scale investment programme
* Provide leadership for voids, and disrepair service
* Involvement in the management of options appraisals
* Management of relationships with key stakeholders
* Management of an array of asset management activities including dilapidation's, maintenance, reactive and cyclical maintenance, voids and some disposal projects
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record leading teams
* Proven track record within social housing, local government or similar
* Previous experience delivering and leading on asset management strategies
* Experience leading a repairs service
* Availability to start at short notice
