Nottinghamshire / Remote (office based 2x per month)

Excellent opportunity for a highly skilled CTO to establish the technology vision, and shape the future of a cutting edge and innovative MedTech solutions provider.

This company are a leading technology solutions provider with a vast array of clientele predominantly in the medical sector. They have been established for over 12 years but are in a fundamental period of growing the technology team and optimising their solutions so are looking for a dynamic and ambitious CTO to join their team.

In this role you will work directly with the CEO and the rest of the C-Suite at Group level, you will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions impacting current and future operations. You will also lead system and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of services while maintaining and evolving technology needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in CTO or Tech Lead position, and have experience working with both hardware and software products and services. You will be confident leading software development teams and creating strategy. You will be familiar with AWS stack and cloud solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CTO to take ownership for technology initiatives and make key strategic decisions for a leading and well established, bespoke solutions provider.

The Role:
*Leading the technology team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology
Solutions
*Optimising existing systems, applications, and information
*Working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers
*Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm

The Person:
*Experience in managing, growing and supporting software development teams
*Experience in delivering value from cloud-based solutions
*You will have experience as both a technology and business expert
*Experience with hardware + software products offerings
*Commutable to Nottinghamshire 2 x per month
