The Opportunity

• Operational leadership
• Manage and motivate the finance team
• Commercial management including pricing, client negotiations, profitability analysis working with Account teams/ leaders
• Financial reporting including P&L, Budgeting and Forecasts
• Funding and debt management
• Process improvement, implementing metrics to ensure margin improvement and productivity

The Person

• Ideally a Fully Qualified accountant
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced Media, Creative or Marcomms agency
• Understands the challenge of running a people-based business across different markets and disciplines
• Strong financial accounting knowledge in a group structure
