Simpson Judge Ltd are supporting a publicly listed VC fund in central London who are looking for a FD to support their business but also one of their portfolio clients.

They invest in Fintech/SaaS/Renewables organisations at Seed or Series A level. They are looking for a FD to do a role with multi facets.

1. Grow the Plc business
2. Support portfolio businesses with exits
3. Set up infrastructure in new business ventures

The key areas of experience they want are:

• Experience in preparing for a listing
• Recent FD level experience in a PLC
• VC/PE fundraising experience
• Experience working for a VC/PE backed organisation in a FD role
• Experience in company sales or exits
• Multiple M&A transaction experience
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years PQE
