This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Programme Director to join a small business that has successfully secured significant investment. The role is in a specialist manufacturing business with a technology that will positively impact the planet. The business has multiple projects running with multiple customers and partners, and as the interest in their product grows, so does the complexity of managing the various project streams.

The suitable candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable track record of setting up a Programme Office in a startup/early stage product environment
• Experience working as an interim manager
• Will be skilled in project and programme management in order to create one source of information across all projects
• Will have developed a technical product road map for previous technical products and service propositions 
• Ensure real time updates are available across all project streams
• Work with all stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and transparent approach to project management is implemented (Board, technical, customers, strategic partners)
• Must have worked in the capacity of a Programme Director in technically engineered products and must be comfortable working with technical experts
• Strong track record of risk mitigation
• Will have a problem solving, solutions focused mindset
• Will have strong gravitas and influencing skills
• Will be used to working in environments with limited resource
