The role

What you'll do

Key responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Day-to-day management of all company POCs
  • Working closely with the banks to plan for POCs in terms of scope, approach, timeline and success criteria.
  • Reporting on progress, management of POC related risks and escalation to unblock issues
  • Coordinating activities including readiness for POC (working with tech and product)
  • Ensuring vendors alignment and readiness to support in analysis/tuning activities for POC
  • Leading working groups with the banks including tracking POC plans and readiness
  • Working with the wider client integration team to perform forward planning and ensuring the necessary contractual agreements are in place
  • Supporting the Customer Integration Officer in the preparation of steerco content and running of various governance processes and forums
  • Ensuring POC success criteria documented and corresponding results presented to banks
  • Lessons learnt are incorporated into future planning and POC learning provided to implementation teams

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior project management role
  • Experience using Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of tracking key delivery milestones and reporting progress against plan
  • Experience of working with a distributed team
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English
