The role
What you'll do
Key responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Day-to-day management of all company POCs
- Working closely with the banks to plan for POCs in terms of scope, approach, timeline and success criteria.
- Reporting on progress, management of POC related risks and escalation to unblock issues
- Coordinating activities including readiness for POC (working with tech and product)
- Ensuring vendors alignment and readiness to support in analysis/tuning activities for POC
- Leading working groups with the banks including tracking POC plans and readiness
- Working with the wider client integration team to perform forward planning and ensuring the necessary contractual agreements are in place
- Supporting the Customer Integration Officer in the preparation of steerco content and running of various governance processes and forums
- Ensuring POC success criteria documented and corresponding results presented to banks
- Lessons learnt are incorporated into future planning and POC learning provided to implementation teams
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior project management role
- Experience using Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of tracking key delivery milestones and reporting progress against plan
- Experience of working with a distributed team
- Fluent in written and spoken business English
