Business Change Project Manager

2-3 days a week in London,

Business Change project manager to join a London Market insurer (experience within any insurance or wider financial services industries desirable) who are currently undergoing a global transformation programme,

This role ideally requires someone with strong Business Change experience within an Agile environment, who is comfortable to join into on going projects of work and make progress.

Some other nice to haves would be;

• Experience of acquisition, integration, in sourcing or business transfer
• ACII or equivalent
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks; work-streams concurrently, prioritising accordingly to ensure consistent deliver to time.
• Successfully inform and influences sponsor and key stakeholders to promote success of project prioritisation, senior and executive leadership through times of ambiguity, and obstacle management.
• End to End insurance knowledge
• Multiple business initiatives experience/Pre project, concurrent projects
• Agile and or Scrum experience
