They have truly embraced ethnographic ways of thinking and by conducting complex work that spans all geographies they are offering rich and detailed understandings to global brands such as Coca-Cola, Facebook, Unilever, McDonald's and many more.

They are seeing dramatic growth within the organisation which has instigated a focus on larger scale strategic projects, with a focus on category exploration work, health and wellness studies and increasingly, a focus on their sustainability offerings. MRS has recognised their outstanding B2B research but also, resourcing within the company has meant that they are hiring more and more therefore alleviating workloads and improving work-life balance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an intelligent, method-agnostic Head of Insight to continue to drive creative ways of thinking across the business. Your role, is to deliver the highest quality of insight for large blue-chip brands.

KEY DUTIES
  • You will lead on large scale research studies, with work spanning both London and New York offices, providing a strategic vision that aims to drive new business growth.
  • As Head of Insight, manage and develop the company's insight function while still being very hands on with the research projects themselves
  • Own and develop the business's expansion into more quantitative research focuses while employing an already established array of qualitative specialisms
  • Maintain fantastic senior relationships with existing clients whilst also devising winning proposals with the aim of selling winning projects to new clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • You will have proven experience of pulling key insights from both qualitative and quantitative research with a deep rooted understanding in ethnographic ways of thinking
  • Experience leading complex global projects within strategic areas that place audiences, cultural insights and consumer needs at the heart of research
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams and offering senior leadership advice to junior researchers
  • A proven ability to grow and maintain client relationships
