Fantastic opportunity for a fully Qualified, commercial Finance Director to help drive forward a business.

You must be commercially focussed, see processes through from end to end, strategic planning, systems intergration experience, change management experience, strong leadership skills and private equity experience. A firm but fair style of management and someone who is very ambitious and thrives under pressure.

Strategic Financial and Commercial Leadership

• Work closely with the General Manager, UK to ensure that the Group's UK business objectives are met, and the Group's UK financial principles remain intact

• Senior commercial finance partner to General Manager, UK and Senior Leadership Team

• Overall control of the Group's UK Finance function

• Managing Group's UK policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate

• Financial planning, formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board

• Actively support M&A activity
