Description

As Entity Controller, you will be leading the delivery of financial reporting and analysis of our CLIENTS Commercial Property business; partnering key stakeholders, you'll bring their stories together to present key trends and results.

Your experience in financial reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting, will ensure our business is strategic and delivers results.

Your advanced use of Powerpoint for reports, and Microsoft Excel to create and improve internal financial models, will bring insight and analysis to add value and support business decisions.

• Preparing actual's for the entity and functional Financial Reporting with accuracy, integrity and completeness
• Co-ordinating the delivery of a high quality forecasts for entities and functions
• Drafting of insight and commentary to the Entity/Functional leaderships
• Execution of financial controls
• Line management of one supporting analyst
