Head of IT Security Operations needed for an superb 6 Month Contract. Inside IR35. Start ASAP in February 2023. A chance to work on a large-scale, complex Government Digital Service (GDS) and GOV.UK projects. Must hold active SC Clearance.

You will be able to work remotely from home (WFH) on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week on-site required) in either London, Bristol or Manchester.

Key skills and tasks will include:

• Must offer hands on expertise in Security Operations.
• Ability to demonstrate technical competence in cyber security via practical expertise or relevant qualifications.
• Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues with delivery partners, stakeholders and clients effectively of the highest level.
• Effectively develop procedures & processes that deliver end-to-end, tightly monitored IT environments.
• Guide others by providing advice around appropriate methods and tools.
• Establish a suitable security strategy, managing resource allocation to effectively deliver to this.
• Self-disciplined individual, with the ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously.
• Must hold active SC Security Clearance
