Role: CAFM Lead (Computer Aided Facilities Management)

Concept Resourcing are looking for a CAFM Lead to join a Facilities Management company. This is a Hybrid role with some site travel. You will define and take ownership of delivering the strategy for CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) on behalf of operations within the company. Key responsibilities:

• To ensure as much standardised adoption of the CAFM tool across clients
• Identify the standard CAFM capabilities which should be utilised, potentially broken into service stream or market sector
• Identify which capabilities are being utilised on existing customers accounts and identify opportunities for standardised adoption
• Create and deliver the CAFM change roadmap and business cases for the change project(s) to deliver the roadmap vision inline with business road maps
• Sponsor change project and provide support and guidance to the project team and inhouse CAFM team members
• Create and nurture a super user community ensuring a wide footprint of operational experts of CAFM inside our sectors

Requirements:

• Project Management (eg, Prince II, Agile, MSP, PMP)
• Facilities Management qualifications are desirable
• Business Analysis Certification would provide a strong advantage (eg ISEB)
• Evidence of ongoing learning ability essential
• Facilities Management background
• Strong CAFM background of various CAFM solutions (5 to 10 years)
• Strong IT skill set around CAFM application (preferably including FSI Concept)
• Strong IT skill set around CAFM application (preferably including FSI Concept)
• Strong strategical/road map background
• Project Management capabilities
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong people management skills
