My Investment Bank client are looking for a COO Support Lead/Group Services Lead to improve the selection and delivery of change programmes that advance the bank's business strategy, improve operational efficiency/accuracy, and enable regulatory compliance.

This is a newly formed role and a hugely exciting time to join a great department. You will get to build and shape the team yourself, offering excellent visibility across the organisation.

The following skills/experience is required:

• Previously worked in Project finance/COO within IT department.
• Good understanding of how projects are financed and paid for.
• Strong understanding of outsourced relationships and successful management of these.
• Previously worked in a regulated industry.
• Line management experience of a small team (1-3 people) is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to GBP75,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
