This is a Senior level role tasked with supporting the acquisition and driving the expansion of a portfolio of Techwave customers. The SAP Sales Director acts as a CIO and trusted advisor to Sr. Stakeholders on the customer side, uncovering opportunities and capitalizing on successes to generate additional business.

The preferred candidate will have worked as a SAP Sales Manager/Director for a global IT Consulting Firm, or on the client buy-side as a Sr. IT Executive


Serve as the face of Techwave to a portfolio of clients, engaging with key stakeholders and managing day-to-day interactions with client teams

Work closely with Business Development and Service Delivery to ensure we capture opportunities for revenue growth.

Lead strategic business transformation programs, stakeholder communication, client buy-in, program risks, mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery

Participate in sales pursuits in collaboration with Techwave account management teams; contribute to the proposal development process; proposal content creation and client presentations.

Participate in practice development activities; provide mentorship to consultants engaged in client delivery teams; participate in consultant training processes.


10+ years of overall experience

Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions with Director executives and above

Deep expertise and positioning capability in the areas of corporate technology strategy, execution, and support

Self-motivated leader with passion to drive customer engagement and value

Proven delivery track record of technology services

Deep domain knowledge and work experience in one or more of the following: SAP, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, S/4 HANA or Managed Services

Hands-on experience working with one or more of the following: SAP, S/4 HANA, Business Intelligence applications, CRM

Experience with technical solution implementations

Experience working with blended teams onshore/offshore

Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or business management

Travel: Position may require occasional travel to Germany, Holland and Hungary.
