CFO PE Backed Professional Services business

Marks Sattin Executive Search are partnering with a PE backed Professional Services Business. The business is a leading organisation in the Professional Services sector, serving a diverse client portfolio across the UK and internationally. The business is backed by a reputable PE house who plan to double the EBITDA over the next few years and are looking for a capable and ambitious CFO who can deliver this growth.

The role entails partnering with the CEO to lead a growing team, identifying target customers, driving improvement in the profitability of services offered, and strategically leading the financial and accounting functions of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a CFO looking to create value in an evolving, fast-paced and niche industry. The successful candidate will join a highly skilled and experienced management team to design and carry out a growth strategy.

The ideal candidate:

• Highly independent and autonomous
• Worked previously as a CFO in a PE Backed business in the Business Services sector
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered
• Highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills: capable of leading and motivating a team towards significant growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners
